There is one simple business metric that is literally the holy grail…

Let me explain…

As you know by now…

My favorite business model is the newsletter business…

Say for example you run FB ads and get leads at $1-$2…

And you have a self liquidating offer that makes you back the money you spent…

At that point you have a 7 figures business…

As simple as that…

The holy grail is breaking even…

Because now all you need to do is dump more money on ads…

For example if you spend $1’000 today on ads get 500 leads…

You only need a couple of sales to make your money back…

At that point the sky is the limit…

You can scale to 100’000+ newsletter subscribers in days with paid ads…

Then you could sell your newsletter business and have a BIG exit :)

That’s why it’s the best evergreen business model

Keep in mind that breaking even on day 1 is much easier than making profit on day 1

Just knowing this should make you start feeling excited…
